Common questions
How do I order?
Choose a product, pick your options and add it to your cart. At checkout, enter your details and delivery address and place your order. We then contact you to take payment, and you upload your artwork using the link in your order email.
When do I upload my artwork?
After you place your order. Your order email has a link to your upload page, and you can come back to it any time. We start your order once we have your file.
What file should I send?
A print-ready PDF in CMYK, with 3mm bleed and fonts embedded or outlined. Each product has its own guidelines in our Artwork Guidelines.
What if my file is not quite right?
Tick Fix my file when you upload, and we correct bleed, resolution and colour issues for you for $47.50. We check every file for free either way, and tell you if something needs attention.
I do not have artwork. Can you design it?
Yes. Choose I Need Artwork when you order and a designer builds it from your brief and logo for $187. You approve a proof before anything is printed.
Will I see a proof?
Yes. We send a digital proof for every order, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders from $99. Under $99, delivery is a flat $14.95 Australia-wide, with tracking. See Delivery.
How long will my order take?
